The National Onion Labs,Inc. certification process includes the following procedures:

• The use of Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) technology to insure accurate sampling.
  
• The use of a sample methodology which gives a 95% confidence factor.
  
• The use of the most stringent , University identified, pungency testing process.
